About Me
Thank you for visiting my website. My name is Natalija Filinova, a Toronto-based Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) offering Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Post-Surgery Massage, and Sports Massage. I have extensive background knowledge in the health and wellness industry, specifically in kinesiology, strength and conditioning, cupping, pre/post-natal treatment, and fascial stretch therapy.
I completed my diploma in the Massage Therapy course at ICT Kikkawa College, specializing in sports massage and myofascial therapy.
As a current personal trainer, former competitive dancer, and hockey player, I have an adept understanding in the power of treatment and movement. My practice addresses the body systemically and holistically through various soft tissue techniques and active care.
My goal? To help my clientele move better by skillfully identifying and treating their needs, bringing an awareness to their position/movement, and, in turn, helping them improve their overall quality of life.
